Steps to place an Order

This service is only to request a Quotation. To place the order signed the generated document and send it to u.pvectors@uab.cat.

  1. Register or log in.
  2. Go to your account area and select – Place an order.
  3. Choose your product:

– Select type of vector: To choose which vector is better for your experiments, please visit Services.

– Select serotype: Hypervariable regions of capsid proteins cause different vector serotypes. Each serotype presents a different tissue tropism, immunogenicity, and in vivo transduction performance. To choose which serotype is better for your experiments, please visit this link for (Adenovirus) or this link for (AAV).

– Is it a new customized vector? New customized vector refers to a new serotype/promoter/transgene we didn’t produce before.

– Select format (total volume): The different volume formats available are shown. The final volume will be aliquoted (50µL/each aliquot).

– Select titer: Depending on your experiments (in vivo or in vitro) a minimum vector concentration must be needed.

– Extra cloning step: Select the options

  • Yes, when cloning step is needed to generate the final plasmid.
  • No, if you provide the final plasmid.
  • I don’t know

– Concentration step: Concentration step is needed when the desired titer is >1×1013 gc/mL

– Buffer exchange: Buffer exchange is needed when iodixanol must be removed from the preparation.

– Add the product to the cart.

 

  1. Check your cart.
