Starting material

  • 1. You can send us the following starting materials:  

     

    • DNA solution: 10µg (>0,5µg/µL conc.) shipped at ambient temperature (for plasmid amplification or digestion with restriction enzymes)

     

    • Bacterial stab culture or bacterial glycerol shipped at ambient temperature for plasmid amplification.

     

    • Crude lysate or purified adenovirus shipped with dry ice for adenovirus existing amplification. If you cannot ensure the material is mycoplasma free, it will be necessary to do a test. If mycoplasma is detected, we then offer a decontamination procedure of your material with an extra cost.

  • 2. Please, label your tube with sample name and concentration

  • 3. You need to provide us the vector map and sequence for your plasmid
